Your AuthorSend account is a shared workspace. If you work with an assistant, a co-author, or a VA, invite them in rather than sharing your password — everyone gets their own login, and you stay in control of what they can touch.
Invite a teammate
From Settings, send an invite by email. They accept, set a password, and land in the same workspace — your readers, campaigns, journeys, and reports.
Permissions
Not everyone needs to change everything. Sensitive areas — like your account and compliance Settings — are gated, so you can let a teammate draft and send campaigns without giving them the keys to your billing or sending configuration.
