You agree to use AuthorSend only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our platform to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), distribute malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your email lists consist of recipients who have given proper consent to receive communications from you.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the AuthorSend platform are owned by AuthorSend and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and send through our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
AuthorSend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthorSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
