Build a landing page

Create a hosted landing page or link-in-bio page to capture readers, and A/B test it to see which version converts better.

A landing page is a single, focused page with one job: turn a visitor into a reader. Use one for a reader-magnet giveaway, a pre-order, or a link-in-bio hub. Landing pages live under Web → Landing Pages.

Create one

  1. Go to Web → Landing Pages and create a new page.
  2. Pick a template from the gallery, or start blank.
  3. Add your headline, copy, cover image, and a signup form. The form is what captures the reader.
  4. Publish. Your page gets a hosted URL you can share anywhere.

A/B test to improve conversion

Not sure whether "Get the free novella" or "Start reading now" works better? Run both. AuthorSend splits your traffic between two versions and reports which one converts more visitors into readers, so you can keep the winner.

Link-in-bio

A link-in-bio page is just a landing page built as a hub — a short list of links to your books, your newsletter, and your latest release. Point your social profiles at it so every follower has one clear next step.
